If you don't require hosting or a domain name I will knock $80 off your price, so your total charge would be $170.

Web Site With Updates: The package above with up to 5 hours per month in updates. It's almost worse to have a stagnant web site than no site at all. Maybe you want to add new pictures or announce an upcoming event or add a message board, blog or other features to your site. Knock $80 off the price for a total cost of $420, if you already have hosting and domain name.

A great deal for sites which require frequent updates. At this rate it works out to approximately 1 billed hour (at $20 per hour) per month.
